What to do after Yagluth: the Mistlands
A foggy maze of cliffs and giant bones. Light the way first. The Dvergr are friendly until you break into their things.
What to do in the Mistlands
Build a Wisp Fountain and a Wisplight
Build the fountain from a Torn Spirit at the Stonecutter; wisps gather around it at night. A Wisplight pushes back the mist.
Craft a Black Metal Pickaxe
Cut Yggdrasil shoots with a Black Metal Axe, then make the pickaxe. Only it can mine the giant bones for Black Marble and Soft Tissue.
Loot Infested Mines for Black Cores
Every new station here needs 5 cores. Take the Sealbreaker Fragments you find too.
Get Sap with a Dvergr Extractor
Break open a long Dvergr crate for a Dvergr Extractor (the Dvergr nearby will turn on you), build a Sap Extractor on an Ancient Root, and collect the Sap. The extractor can't go through portals.
Build the Black Forge and Eitr Refinery
The refinery costs Sap to build and runs on it, turning Soft Tissue into Refined Eitr. The Black Forge makes Mistlands weapons and armour.
Build a Galdr Table
It makes eitr-weave robes, staffs, the Feather Cape and the Sealbreaker. To cast spells, eat food with eitr, like Seeker Aspic (it needs the Mortar and Pestle on your Cauldron).
Craft Carapace armour and a Mistwalker
Seekers drop Carapace and hares drop Scale Hide. The Mistwalker sword also lights the mist.

How to beat The Queen
Summoning: A Vegvisir in an Infested Mine marks the Infested Citadel. Open it with a Sealbreaker made from 9 fragments: she's already waiting inside.
The fight: Arrows and spears do half damage. Drink Poison Resistance Mead, clear the small Seekers with area attacks, and fall back to the covered entrance to heal. She drops Majestic Carapace, which your Artisan Table will want.
