How to build a Wisp Fountain
Stand within range of a Stonecutter, equip the Hammer and place it. You need:
- 10 Stone
- 1 Torn Spirit
When it unlocks
It shows up in the Hammer's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Stonecutter. You have to place it within range of a Stonecutter.
Its materials become available in the Mistlands, after beating Yagluth.
