How to build an Eitr Refinery
Stand within range of a Workbench, equip the Hammer and place it. You need:

Turns what you put in into something new, burning 1 Sap for each one it makes.

When it unlocks
It shows up in the Hammer's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Workbench. You have to place it within range of a Workbench.
Its materials become available in the Mistlands, after beating Yagluth.
