How to build a Smoker
Stand within range of a Workbench, equip the Hammer and place it. You need:

Raises the Cauldron by one level, which unlocks better recipes and upgrades. Build it within range of the Cauldron.
When it unlocks
It shows up in the Hammer's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Workbench. You have to place it within range of a Workbench.
Its materials become available in the Deep North, after beating Fader.
