How to build a Raise Ground
Stand within range of a Workbench, equip the Hoe and place it. You need:
- 2 Stone
When it unlocks
It shows up in the Hoe's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Workbench. You have to place it within range of a Workbench.
Everything it needs is found in the Meadows, so you can make it from the start.
