How to build a Paved Road
Stand within range of a Stonecutter, equip the Hoe and place it. You need:
- 1 Stone
When it unlocks
It shows up in the Hoe's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Stonecutter. You have to place it within range of a Stonecutter.
Its materials become available in the Swamp, after beating The Elder.
