Stand within range of a Forge, equip the Hammer and place it. You need:

• 2 Wood
• 1 Iron

When it unlocks

It shows up in the Hammer's menu once you've picked up every material it needs and been near a Forge. You have to place it within range of a Forge.

Its materials become available in the Swamp, after beating The Elder.
